The following rates are our standard rates, discounts

will apply upon check-in. If you do not belong to a

discount club, have no fear we can sign you up at registration

and you will receive the appropriate discount at that

time so go ahead and make your reservation today!

• REGULAR (SMALL) CABIN - $55.00 PER NIGHT

• DELUXE (FULL kITCHEN, FULL BATH) - $85.00 PER NIGHT

• BACK-IN RATE 30 AMP SERVICE - $31.00 NIGHTLY

• BACK-IN RATE 50 AMP SERVICE - $24.00 NIGHTLY

• PULL THROUGH SITE 30 AMP SERVICE - 26.00 NIGHTLY

• PULL THROUGH SITE 50 AMP SERVICE  - 36.00 NIGHTLY

• TENT RENTALS - NO WATER/ELECTRICITY 10.00 NIGHTLY

• TENT RENTALS WITH WATER/ELECTRICITY 25.00 NIGHTLY

• OUR RATES STAY THE SAME ON EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR….365 DAYS…SAME RATE!

 Camping Includes up to 4 adults and 4 children. 

Extra persons that spend the night are 1.00 per day per site &  2.00 for cabins and/or campers

Pool Guests - ONLY REGISTERED CAMPERS MAY USE OUR POOL.

Seasonal Sites are available for campers who want to spend the summer and fall in the Great Smoky Mountains from May-Oct for 1,500.00. If you want to winter camp the cost is an additional fee and we offer limited services during the winter months.

Camper Rentals include microwave, electricity and cable TV. Two day minimums on these rentals. These are all modern and come completely furnished, all you need is your toothbrush. They range in price.

 Rates begin at $35.00 per night

Camping Cabins have a Full size bed, bunk beds, toilet (No Shower), sink, a small refrigerator/freezer , microwave and a small TV with cable, linens ARE  provided along with pillows

 Picnic tables, fire rings, and grills are provided at EVERY CAMPSITE.

Monthly Rates: We have monthly rates from 225.00 which includes water, elec, sewer, cable and wireless internet for any available site site. If you want to save money and have the time this is the way to go especially with the high gas prices.

 with great ratings. Our facilities meet and exceed all of their requirements.

NOTE: Discount club card holders will receive the appropriate discount upon check-in. You may still make a reservation by phone or on-line even though your discount is not applied at the time of the reservation. We are updating the system to include discount club rates.

NOTE: All Discount clubs are honored at any time.

NOTE: GOOD SAM, Senior Citizen  are always honored

NOTE: Passport of America is ALWAYS HONORED - ANY TIME OF THE YEAR !

Woodall’s Rating is 3 for Facilities and 2 for Recreation out of a total of 5.

Trailer Life Rating is an overall 6 out of a total of 10.

We are  a  AAA approved campground.

IF you don’t belong to a discount club you may sign up for one upon

 check-in and we will gladly honor the discount.
